The Board would like to inform you that Pacific Shore Pest Control is available for follow-up inspections of the inside of your unit, including the attic space. This is specifically for those that have had damage or seen termites in their units before. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, Please respond to this email with your name, unit # and phone number you would like the exterminator to call you at to make arrangements.

If your unit is tenant-occupied, please check in with your tenants to see whether a follow up inspection makes sense at this time.
