***FUMIGATION MEETING MINUTES & IMPORTANT INFO***

Good morning Homeowners: The Minutes from the Fumigation Meeting that was held on Monday evening have been added to the Resident Section of the website. Below are some takeaways from the meeting to be aware of------

• We are still missing waivers from several residents. It is important to get these submitted to me right away. If we don’t have yours, a separate email will be sent to you this morning.

• During PHASE 2 we will be tenting the mail box structure and USPS will hold mail those days.

• Melissa Clark (2132) has extra food storage bags from the fumigation team.

• Pacific Shore Pest Control recommended we appoint one person from each building to meet them day of with those keys/garage openers. More info to come from The Board about this. If you are willing and able to help with this, please contact a Board Member.

• Key pad codes are not acceptable in lieu of keys/openers. Please review The Minutes for alternatives to providing keypad codes.

• Safe procedures are included in The Minutes.

• Key hand off needs to be between 8am and 9am on the day the fumigation is scheduled to begin. On day 3, residents can return around noon, unless you have a locked safe (referenced above-see Minutes for info)

• The Gas Company will be there to turn gas back on between 12-4 on the day of return. The gas company won’t provide an exact time. If a resident is not present then, they will have to reschedule on their own, which could result in a few more days until the gas is back on.
