Located in historic, old town Torrance, The Pacific Torrance Community is situated in a tranquil setting and close to many of the shops and restaurants that make this area unique in the South Bay.

Our website is designed to be an information source and communication vehicle for our Association members and building residents. We encourage our members and residents to stay involved in our association activities and projects by visiting this site's Announcements page on a weekly basis. Members can also communicate with the Board of Directors through this site on the Contact Page.

We would also like to see more of our residents become active in our Homeowners Association because sometimes it really does take a village to improve a community.

Please consider volunteering your talents by becoming a member of an association committee or by contributing your ideas either at the monthly meetings or through this website. By working together we can make our community one of the best in San Pedro!
